What's coming to The Pattern Project, and why the quiet
A health update, five+ pieces in the pipeline, and a call for a scientific researcher-writer to assist the work.
Some of you will have noticed The Pattern Project has been quieter than usual. Between my work at axle.ca and a flare-up of my long COVID, my focus and output have been blunted.
I want to thank you for your ongoing interest and let you know there’s more to come. In the pipeline: two guest contributions I am reviewing now, potentially three stories on psychedelic-assisted therapy with Low-5 drawn from interviews with a community of practice, a colourful piece on whether 5-MeO-DMT toad ceremonies are a recent or ancient tradition, and a handful more awaiting polish.
Know a scientific researcher-writer who could help?
Are you aware of anyone who could assist with researching the scientific literature, drafting articles, and interviewing Low-5 experts? The right person believes in the promise of Low-5-assisted therapy, regards harm reduction with 5-MeO-DMT at any dose as an essential public good, and thinks critically enough to know strong evidence from weak. Introductions welcome at connect@patternproject.ca.
To paid subscribers: thank you. Your support makes this work possible, and I do not take your patience for granted.
More soon,
– Axle
